- Accounts containing any invalid contact information will be
terminated. If we cannot reach you at your email address or phone number
your account will be considered invalid.
- Accounts generating any unsolicited commercial messaging
(spam) will be terminated. Spam includes unwelcome email, newsgroup
crossposting, windows that spawn new windows, and windows that resist
being closed.
- Accounts generating any promotions that conflict with
ClickBank's return policy will be terminated. Our return policy is:
ClickBank will, at its option, replace or repair any defective
product within 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days all
sales are final.
- Payment is always subject to the terms of the ClickBank
Paycheck Policy and the ClickBank Client Contract.
